At 1 fast 400 in the directions it says to take 45 min before a meal. at Nutra it says to take with food. Which is it?

without food is probably more benificial

id say 1 hour after a meal, or 30-45 before a meal...if it upsets ur stomach then take it with a meal

do NOT take with food... it wont hurt you.. BUT the insulin response from carbs will negate the thermo effects of yohimbine to some degree

45 minutes before meals is fine

45 mins after meals is fine as long as the meal was not loaded with simple carbs.
