ok i think i have this down, but please point something out if its wrong or theres a better way.
2 Drive first thing in the morning (7:00)
- Breakfast 20-30 minutes later (7:20ish)
- Lunch between 9:30-11:30
4 Neovar with lunch
- Protein/WMS shake 1 hour before Drive
2 Drive approx 1:30 hours before workout
2-3 RPM 45 minutes pre workout
- WMS/Xtend/BA immediately post workout
- High carb meal and protein shake 30min-1hour post workout
how does it look??
