    colostrum


    ive heard that taking some colostrum will mimick igf1. My wife is preagnant and it would be readily available. is there any truth to this. what should i know about it.

    Results are subtle, but there ARE results from it. Comparable to IGF? No.

    From what I have observed, around 3 weeks at around 3 grams a day.
