there is no "brand" of waxy maize I think. I think there all the same. It's kinda like dextrose, but better pumps so Ive heard.

I find Kwik Karb Waxy Maize to be a VERY potent workout and recovery enhancer.

There are some discussion threads about stack ideas.

    If i get some this is what i planned on doing with it;

    PREWORKOUT:
    Waximaize
1 Serving SMASH (Add to smash for better pumps)
    2g Beta Alanine

    IMMEDIATELY POST WORKOUT:
    70g Waxy Maize Starch
    2 Scoops Xtend
    1 Serving CLOUT

    25-30 MINS AFTER WORKOUT
    ~50g Protein

I just heard some issues with taking it with protien and that it would be better to wait a little before ingesting protien thats why i put the delay in there.

Glad you brought up the protein issues, I've never heard that before and was planning on taking them together.

How long before your workout do you drink your WMS?

Big fan of Art Attwoods Professional Supplements pure vitargo, but too bad it's not more. Otherwise the kwik karb sounds nice. Stack it with some good old fashioned creatine mono and you'll gain pretty quick!

Instead of just protein, have a whole-food meal at that point. The BCAAs and WMS have kickstarted the growth/recovery and eating a solid meal is the best way to sustain.

i don't think there is any issue with WMS and protein. if anything the WMS will only increase absorption...i am not totally sure though. I have gotten SICK pumps off of a caffeine and WMS stack. I am not even sure if i will ever use a nitric oxide product again...I combine ergo AMP with my waximaize by IDS...loooove it.

I can't stand Waxy Maze pre workout. I find it makes me really lazy. You do get a great pump, but I'm too tired to get in a good workout.

For post workout timing, I do basically exactly what you do NILLA. Protien will just slow the waxy maze down.

My preworkout mix includes a p-slin and about 90g of waxy maize from true protein and 5g of creatine monohydrate. This has to be the best preworkout formula I've ever tried. Crazy pumps and plenty of energy.

The IDS waximaize tastes good but damn if that wasn't the messiest powder I've ever used. Almost impossible to mix without getting it all over the place. Otherwise the only ids product I'll ever touch.

Great Post. A real meal is a necessity post training, no matter what your goal.

...but, especially if your goal is to be awesome.

Perfect! That's actually what I'm doing already. Looks like I'm on the right track (to anti-awesomeness).

I've been using Carb Slam from Primaforce for the last 6-8 weeks. It's definitely good for a bulk, but I don't recommend it while cutting. I've put on some serious weight in this time frame, but a noticeable amount of fat as well.

You do get great pumps while using WMS. Far better than any other pre-workout shotgun mix. I've been mixing 70g of WMS with 70g Whey and 5g CEE pre and post workout, then I have a whole meal an hour after the postWO drink.

When I start cutting, I think I'll just switch to some oatmeal and ezekiel bread.

I mix Waxy Maize ( custom True Protein Mix ), Dextrose, BCAA's, and Creatine. for my post workout drink. Then a protein shake with oatmeal, PB, and milk. about 15-20 minutes after the drink. Tasty.
