X-Factor - Better for Bulk or Cut?

The holidays are coming up and Im thinking of running X-Factor starting a couple days before x-giving, through x-mas and beyond ( 50 day cycle ).

The idea would be to turn a higher percentage of weight gained from the holiday into muscle. Previously, in recent years, its been all fat, lol.

Good idea - or save the X-Factor for the cut following the holiday glut?

I think combined with something like DCP, you could take advantage of the increase in holiday calorie intake to put on some quality lean gains.

So...depends on your goals. You can use it for a bulk and keep the gains leaner/attenuate some of the holiday flab gain...or save it for post holidays and have to fight off the flab with it.

Personally, I would run it through the holidays, provided you keep your workouts disciplined and regular.

For me, Im doing a bulk on X-Factor and Drive but it seems like the supplements themselves are more for recomping. Even with the 500 calories more than maintnance, Im starting to lean out slightly and look tighter. Id say X-Factor is for a recomp and cut. But on a bulk it's pretty good as well.

such a product pimper, quick Q does the new DCP give u the heartburn like the very very first one does? i understand they have been changed a bit i just wanted to find out from ya

the new formula has been granulated way more than the first batches.

The liquid filled caps were horrible for causing some to have heartburn, but the new dry caps I have not heard of a single instance.
