The closet post I found while searching was NP 10:1 which they suggested 750mg x 2 daily. I was wondering how this translates to the 12:1 version.

Also, is muira puama in the new powerfull? I know it was in the old one. The new one has some funky names for the ingredients so I can't tell. I'm taking powerfull right now so I want to know if I even need this muira puama or just save it...
