New vs. Old JW?

Is there a difference in the potency, effectiveness, or results with the new purple bottle JW over the old green bottle JW?

I'm pretty sure it's just a packaging change. I've had good results with both. The anti estrgogen's description on the lable has changed, but I'm pretty sure that was just semantic due to confusion as opposed to actually changing the ingredient.
