Someone tell me that I'm not the only one that experiences indigestion with an intense ab workout. I've had this issue for a long time: abdominal exercises coupled with that fiery need to burp sensation in my throat. At times I become nauseous and need to stop whatever exercise I'm doing and rest for a minute or so. I've been taking Mass FX over the past few weeks and I feel like it has intensified this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate this problem? Thanks.

Maybe pre-empt with an antacid of some sort, ie pepcid? just a thought. I have some stomach issues and have been taking an acid blocker for years.

how long between when you eat and ab workout?if you dont wait at least an hour for a protien shake or upwards of 1 1/2 hours for food to settle that can easily happen. i have really intense ab workouts 2x a week and i make sure that on those days i dont eat within at least an 1 1/2 hours or a have a protien shake within 1 hour
Also...I have never taken Mass FX, but it has happened to me that sometimes a supp doesnt sit well for some reason and when that happens the last thing you want to do is an ab workout...

If you are having chronic indigestion, then your stomach pH is too high. Add in some digestive enzymes or use just plain vinegar if you are a cheap bastard. This will help out with digestive issues.
