Someone tell me that I'm not the only one that experiences indigestion with an intense ab workout. I've had this issue for a long time: abdominal exercises coupled with that fiery need to burp sensation in my throat. At times I become nauseous and need to stop whatever exercise I'm doing and rest for a minute or so. I've been taking Mass FX over the past few weeks and I feel like it has intensified this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate this problem? Thanks.
