I'm currently running an ECY stack and I'm pretty pleased thus far. I've cut my cals and continued to eat clean while getting about 20-30 mins of cardio in 4-5 times a week varying from low-med intensity to hiit training. I've been dosing at 5 mg of HCL in pill form and have been researching the transdermal delivery method and it seems interesting. I've also read that you can make your own, but I'm not sure how. Any input on the best trans supp or how to make my own would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Thanks man....those are two that I have noticed in my research thus far. You wouldn't have any idea as to how you make your own would you? or possibly know of where I can find such info.
 
You might be able to find some info in the Transdermals subforum here, but I'm not sure how to do it.

You're messing with some dangerous stuff.. there's other more effective and safer supplements out there. I personally will never take anything with yohimbe in it. Have you read the side effects? and that it only gets worse when you combine it with other stimulants? There's a lot of great supplements out there that do a better job and don't contain this crap. Check out Redshift & Neuridium. My neighbor is in the military & turned me on to this from a bottle he got. They just started selling it online not long ago.

Look at a lot of your "mainstream" cutting supplements and I'd be willing to bet that you'll find yohimbine in it. There is a difference between yohimbe and yohimbine hcl. This is a perfect stack and I couldn't be happier with how it's performing for me. As long as you don't go crazy w/ the doses, this is the most effective stack that I've ever used for cutting and I have no bad sides.

Talk to some of the more schooled guys esp from Avant, Ephedrine is VERY dangerous to mix with Yohimbine.

In your extensive research you would have found that mixing Yohimbine and EC is NOT a perfect stack, and in fact the complete OPPOSITE of the perfect stack.

Avants topical is fine, since it is localized.

I've heard this, too.

OP: Have you measured your BP while on ECY? How was it? On EC alone mine is rather high.
