Supplement Staples : What you run for long periods of time
Alright guys, Im sure this topic has come up several times but with all the new bulk powders, complexes, and supplements that come out at a head spinning rate, What products/compounds do you use for long periods of time.. Im talkin 6 months and beyond of continuous use.
What have you found to be most beneficial?
What have you found to be a waste?
What are you planning for the future?
I know a lot of these products are hard to gauge since they dont produce immediate results.. But any input would be much appreciated!

I think only 2 supplements should be used continuously. That is protien and vitimins. Everything else really should be cycled to maximize the benefits.

Right now I am using:
-Multivitamins
-ZMA
-Pre-workout stims
I have not had a protein shake in 2 months so I have all this protein lying around. Right now I am not using creatine either. I'm pretty much running things on bare basics. Taking tons of pills/powders after awhile becomes very cumbersome.

try some bulk BA and CM. They go together very well in my opinion. I notice increased endurance (not just a little but a lot) while on those two.
