    Cissus Question

Is the Genera Supplements Cissus at 24% the same as CissusRX? Or am I better off with NP's bulk?

Better off going with Glucosamine / Chondroition - It's stood the test of time. But NO, it's not the same.

I have been taking glucosamine / chondroitin and it does nothing for me. I've heard people say they had great success with cissus so I wanted to try that. But thank you.

The Genera Cissus is extracted for more anabolic ketosterones than that of supercissus rx which I believe to be more of a balance between connective tissue health and anabolic properties. I heard the Genera stuff is the same as in Symmetry.

FDA says that Glucosamin/chondroitin doesnt work. So apparently it didnt stand the test of time. Genera bought their stuff from USP labs, so I guess a bette concentration of goodies can be expected. I do not agree with this whole thing about lower concentrated stuff being better for joints, I would rather believe in homeopathic medications. Ofcourse, you cant swallow 50 of the higher concentrated stuff and expect to get the same results.

Cissus is a strange supplement. My understanding is that it's not just the percentage you need to look at but the type ketosterones. Unfortunately the products don't usually describe the type of ketones in them (not that I'm aware of anyway). If healing and repair is what your looking for, I would go with Supercissus RX, just because I know people have had good results from it.

May be not, but the evidence they presented last year was rather convincing. Of course, I did not listen to them and I still take my Elastamine. All I am saying is that the effects could be purely placebo related.
