Does the complex you quoted correspond to one serving or a full daily dose?
Regardless of your response, Beta Alanine is severely under-dosed. An effective total daily serving should deliver between 4gr and 6gr of Beta Alanine in two or three divided doses.
The total quantity of the advanced forms of Arginine may be enough for some athletes. Others would require double that.
I consider Creatine in that complex under-dosed, in spite of the advanced forms used.
L-Norvaline, a nitric oxide booster, appears well dosed.
Histidine is probably sufficient in its alpha-ketoglutarate form. I would prefer twice that amount, though.
Citrulline is severely under-dosed. Truly effective doses provide Citrulline in its Malate form, and then between 3gr and 6gr per day. Used as a stand-alone supplement, 6gr would be the daily target. Used as a co-factor for nitric-oxide-boosting supplements, 3gr should be fine.
L-Leucine, even in its ethyl ester is under-dosed.
L-Ornithine, as a nitric-oxide precursor, is in my opinion under-dosed. In a formula like this, about 500mg should suffice.
Carnosine at 100mg was probably added to partly compensate for the low Beta Alanine quantity. But this is still not enough. As you know, Carnosine is a multi-functional di-peptide made up of Beta Alanine and L-Histidine. As a stand alone supplement, the effective Carnosine dose is 1gr per day. If you consume anything less, the body would metabolize it into an ineffective, useless, substance. This does not happen, though, at doses of about 1gr per day.
 
I will find a nother source for the BA part. Just mainly looking for a NO product and seems like it has what I need.
