Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe I read that Dr. D stated to run a low dose AI if having problems with Estrogen.
I had bad male puberty gyno which was surgically removed at the age of 18. Since then some has came back in the right nipple, but mostly just the lower chest area. Left nip looks normal.
I noticed an increase in itching and tenderness in both nips last week during my second week of Bulk Coleus F. Should one with this problem not use Coleus? This stuff increases cAMP, so it elevates all hormones?
Anyone here have an opinion on what AI I could run long term at low doses?
