I just wanted to let everyone know i'm at work right now and experiencing some awesome lower back pumps. I hope everyone's day is going well.

I always have Taurine and potassium gluconate on hand when cycling.

Ive had HORRIBLE back pumps on epi. Finally got some taurine today though
