White Flood / Green Mag Question.

oops sorry! didnt see this thread as it got bumped to the bottom. Well im not sure how much water im holding in but ill tell you this much. I went from 181 to about 189 in about a month.I switched over from mono creatine to green magnitude instantly to compare/contrast the two. Im not exactly sure how much of those gains are water probably a few pounds. Ill let you know when Im dont with the log. It's about time i cycle off creatine for a month after my log.
 
Hardly any water retention. I feel slightly bloated pre WO at the time i'm taking in all the supps. Then slightly bloated Post WO when i take in protein shake when i get home from the gym. I notice during my workouts I can drink alot of water and not feel like i've over done it. No side cramps either. I notice WF/GM has made me more defined and makes my muscles rock hard. My vascularity has gone up a ton as well. Also dont take this on an empty stomach (at least I don't) when i do take on an empty stomach I get bubble gut big time.

try green magnitude with meal one. I workout around 4-5 PM and i found that taking green mag at around 10-11 AM stops any bloating what so ever. half a gallon of water at the gym + PWO protien shake was not enough to get me bloated and thats a lot of water.
 
well usually I do 2 months on 1 month off. Since I have this log Ive been on for 2 months already and will most likely go on for another month or two. I plan on cycling it off for 1-2 months when im done with the GM.
 
About 2 weeks on this stack, and can't say I see any bloating.

Muscles feel full and solid. Good stuff so far.
