    Sweet, I've taking it about 15 min before breakfast and my preworkout meal. Should I wait a little longer before eating?

    I would say 15-20 min is good.

    I remember reading in the "How to pulse orals Dr. D saying X-lean should be taken upon waking in da AM especially if you can't eat right away. I use it between meals at work when I am to busy to eat every 2-3 hrs, it seems to work quite well for me
