Bulk Super Cissus dosage?

I'm about to buy some Bulk Super Cissus but i'm not sure how to dose it. How much powder is the same as one capsule.
For example bulk powerfull tells you that 1/4 tsp = approx 800mg.
I'm prob going to mix it in water or some liquid.
