Anyone try this for phenibut tolerance?

I was thinking about the mechanisms in which phenibut works. Phenibut increases dopamine, right. Well, wouldn't using a norepinephrine up retake inhibitor help cope with the tolerance issue. I'd imagine, it would re sensitize your body to the influx of dopamine from the phenibut. An easy to get OTC herbal is St Johns Wort. Any thoughts about using this combat the tolerance?
