dosage question

i just ordered bulk super cissus rx from this site but it doesnt state the dosage, so i was thiking 1 tsp bout 5 grams/3 times a day, what do u guys think

A.M. does not sell supps of any kind....r u talking about N.P.? if so then on the side of the "jar" it says how much is what. Where did u order it from?????:think:

If you are referring to NutraPlanet's Bulk Super Cissus Rx, I would suggest a maximum of 2 grams twice a day. Once in the morning before breakfast and the second prior to dinner. Considering that the cissus in the formula contains 10% actives, the total of 4 grams a day I suggested should deliver about 400mg of active compounds.
