So Epistane still requires a SERM??

I read about Epistane from nutraplanet and noticed the claims of its potential in battling and possibly reversing Gyno, along with aiding in shut-down etc which sounded somewhat promising, yet when I started checking out threads about it everyone is recommending a SERM to go with it.


I'm kind of confused in the matter - would it not be a good idea to run a cycle without a SERM handy? Last thing I want to do is risk more gyno.
