Just got a bottle.
Contains:

Tribulus Terrestris-500mg
Eurycoma Longifolia Extract-500mg
ZMA-400mg
Beta-Ecdysterone-300mg
5-Methyl-7-Isoflavone-200mg
4-etioallocholen3,6,17-trione-100mg
6', 7'-dihydroxbergamottin-50mg

3 Capsules/Serving. Takin at night and/or first thing in the morning.

I'm not sure exactly what the last 3 compounds are what what they do, anyone know?

also I know the ZMA should be taken on an empty stomach, but what about the other stuff, would it be more beneficial overall to take with or without food...

thanks

The last two are 6-OXO and DHB. DHB is used to aid absorption.

I'm not familiar with isoflavones, but the second to last is 6-oxo and the last is DHB.

"DHB is said to bind with the enzymes that attempt to inhibit the testosterone absorption (1st pass metabolism)..."

Here's AX's take on DHB (it's in 3AD/Trisorbagen):
6,7,-dyhydroxybergamottin (DHB) – After optimizing the absorption into the bloodstream, DHB acts to prolong the activity by extending the half-life and duration within the bloodstream. Many studies on this natural extract show large increases in active concentrations within the blood when ingested with or around the same time frame as the target compound. Larger blood concentrations give you more ability to GROW!

These three ingredients are combined in large amounts and specific ratios to maximize the power of any oral hormonal supplement and you will know it when you try it!

EDIT: Err...ummm...what he said...

i hasve used this before it seems reformulated now tho it used to contain 300 mgs of 6 oxo and zma and 1000mgs of trib..it was a knockoff of a instone product..overall i loved it but i wouldnt recommend it for a female..bc of the test boosting..oh yea and the serving size was 2 caps when i took it

They're ecdy is total crap. The rest looks okay...

their ecdy might not be crap.
i did a three month test a couple of years ago with it.
i dropped all my supplements except my multis and fish oils.
i took two a day each with a protein meal(my beans and organic beef/chicken mix)

I did get muscle hardness and leaned out enough to actually keep my weight and see my abs... i was just over recovering from cracked ribs at the time....

my bodyfat dropped like 3-4% ...

i would have kept on using it at the time... but like a numbskull
there were a bunch of reviews on why ecdy was inefficient and i listened to them instead of to my own body....

then i found out about rhaponticum/leuzea and went that route.
which the root extract has more adaptogenic effects...

One of my buddies from school has told me about this Scifit T7 ... His supplement provider recommended this T7 test booster. He also said that we should take milk thistle and a cortisol blocker like Anabolic Extreme's Lean FX. I was wondering what everyone's take was on this? Also is that the best cortisol blocker or is there a better supplement? I also heard you can take DHEA and Vit C for a cortisol blocker ... Give me some feedback on all this please? I'm use to just eatting alot of food with protein shakes, creatine and nitric oxide nothing else. HELP haha. I heard if I did a stack like this I would gain about 10-15lbs.? What do you think? I train extremely hard and my body just stays naturally ripped year round I'm 181 @ 7.8% BF So I only gain LBM no adipose tissue haha I'm lucky but it's hard to get size ... Do you think this will work and what do you recommend? Thanks.
