True Protein Beta-Focus v.s. SNS Focus XT

Hello im trying to decide between these two products. I do lots of cardio (bodyweight exercises, heavy bag, running, etc.) and I also do strength training. Now I already got Universal Animal Pump that I use when I do weights. Between Beta-Focus and Focus XT...what works better? How is the focus and concentration you get in Focus XT compared to Beta-Focus? thanks a bunch

I've never heard of Beta Focus - so I can't comment on that.

FWIW, there's a short review of Focus XT in the M&M main page.

From a mental edge perspective Focus XT looks to have the other product edged out in terms of amount of actives, quite easily.

The Beta-Focus does have Beta-Alanine in it which is great, but for the cost Id do the following:

Use a half serving of Focus XT, and buy bulk BA and add it in. I think that will be the best of both worlds.

infact i ordered focus xt and some bulk beta alinine and it came in today

i used it for my martial arts training which consists of running pushups bodyweight squats etc. and 2 hrs of sparring

this stuff worked pretty good though i dk how much beta alinine to take cuz i took 2 grams today with my focus xt

also i have citruiline malate in my supplement cupboard and was wondering if i should mix this with focus and beta alinine

and why do you recc. only half a serving of focus xt with beta?
