Vasopro (Ephedrine HCL) ordering question

I've seen a bunch of websites selling this, so I put in an order through one of them but they emailed me back to say I would need to fax them a special order form (name, address, DOB, phone #, signature) and a copy of my Driver's license because of new regulations. I'm wondering what this info will be used for and whether I'll end up on some government watch list if I order an Ephedrine HCL product?

Also, what do you think of Vasopro (24 x 25mg tabs for about $12.50 + shipping)? Anything better (cheaper)?

most states have requirements that pharmacys maintain lists of all ephedra and psedophenedrine sales. it is usally done manally on a log sheet and the license is used to verify identity. this log may be used if the pharmacy is under investigation of selling these products to minors.
 
if you go with an ephedrine alkaloids product instead of ephedrine hcl then you don't have to go through all the paperwork and there is no limit on quantity ect...

plus it's much cheaper (about 1/2 the price) than eph HCL
 
you can also get something cheaper than the vasopro under asthma medication at your local pharmacy. (but you may have the hoops though).
