Palo Alto Labs Stack Results
Okay, so I ran Leviathan + Reset AD + Incarnate for 7 weeks at a slight caloric deficit. I kept a log on another site, but I'll post results here.
Unfortunately, I had a broken ankle during a good portion of my log and did not do any lifting/cardio or even walking. However, I still saw very good results!
Arms - 17" -> 17" = NO CHANGE
Forearms - 13" -> 13.25" = .25" INCREASE
Chest - 45.25" -> 46" = .75" INCREASE
Waist - 34.5" -> 33.5" = 1" DECREASE
Quads - 26" -> 25" = 1" DECREASE
Calves - 16.25" -> 16.5" = .25" INCREASE
bf% (through digital accumeasure) - 12.9% -> 9.3% = 3.6% DECREASE
I REALLY tightened up on this stack. I lost size in all the right areas while maintaining or even GROWING in others!
I actually lost MORE than this! Unfortunately, once I broke my ankle I added ~4lbs back on . If I took these measurements before the ankle incident at my all time skinniest, I would likely be reporting an 11-13lb loss
I LOVED this stack!!! I DEFINITELY will be using this again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

what was your diet like? cals and macro breakdown....
and no cardio? WOW!
also, how old are you?

Diet i was running ~2400cals/day with a 40-40-20 breakdown.

you did a great job bro. also, i cant believe the diff a 3.6% decrease in body fat % made in your face. your face and jawline looks completely diff

Yeah, the biggest change was in my neck lol. My head looks like it sits on a toothpick right now lol
