What brand would you recommend? Also what, in your opinion is the optimal dosage?

I just finished a bottle of NOW Omega 3. I dosed 3g AM, 3g Mid, 3g PM. And I am very surprised of the results. Within a week I started looking leaner all around (even my face). Didn't lose weight, just looked leaner.

Sides:

- Fish burps
- Oily skin
- Pimples
- I was always surrounded by cats everywhere I went. JK!


I'm now going to try a bottle of Fitness Labs Omega 3, because a hot chic at Lindberg con'd me into buying it.

Either way, just go with a company you trust or like! It's freakin fish oil!

Not trying to hiijack the thread, but does anyone know when would be the best time to take fish oil?

I am cutting now and doing fasted cardio in the morning. I have been taking the fish oil with my breakfast after the cardio, but is there any more value in having at night or pre am workout than for breakfast?

I am currently switching over to Carto/E/Omega it is very very awesome. With 7 Omega 3 EFAs. It is part of the new vitilizer package that just came out. Awesome stuff.

i use the gnc brand...was like 15 bucks...it's only 6 at walmart but im not taking cheap fish oil(god knows what they actually put in the cheaper versions)

Anyone ever heard of these, Natrol, Nature Made or Solary?
I got stuff by them and was wondering if they were decent. Price is fair on stuff middle of the road.
I'm referenceing Omega by the way since thats the thread. Also i have, vit.E, B12 & B5.

Cheap. Effective. Accessible.

There are some supps I just can't mail order. When I need them, I need them!!!
