Naturally increasing test & lowering estrogen??

Ive had alot of success with trib but im looking to lower estrogen too - i know its hit & miss with alot of ppl ...(apparently 1 in 40 are "responders")

What can i take to increase test: Tribulus? Tongkat Ali ?

Lower estrogen: Chrysin? Epilobium? Red Clover? Daidzein? Grape Seed Extract? White Mushroom?

I've just begun 100 - 200 mg. of transdermal formestane, plus 200 - 400 of oral DHEA daily. If you think about the theory, if you inhibit DHEA's conversion to estrogen, you should see a pretty substantial rise in total T in a fairly short time.
