leviathan and retain2 stack!! but i have some questions!

i know it says on the retain2 bottle to take 1 pill 3 times a day, but should i take them with a meal or not? also im taking it with leviathan should i space them out or take them both at the sametime?

I see no problem at all with dosing them at the same time....

Just make sure that your Leviathan dosage is 1hr previous or 2 hrs post any meal.
