Supplements for weight gain.

What has worked best for you guys? I am looking to gain some weight. Also what brand do you recommend? I am 5 foot 6 1/2 and I weigh 150 I want to gain 10 pounds. Thank you for any help!:food:

Food but there are several supplements to increase your appetite if your problem is that you can't eat more than you currently are.

hmmmm...lets see, lots of chicken, beef, eggs, tuna, turkey, cottage cheese, peanut butter, milk, assorted protein powders (aka whey casein ect), oats, and weight gainer if need be. eat till u cant eat anymore.

Literally. Eat until your about to puke, get up and walk around for a few minutes, then eat some more.

Seriously, no easy way around gaining weight, no magic pills or powders here, just food and a ton of it!

Just eat anything in sight. If you are very lean, the just eat eat eat. My workout partner has an incredible metabolism. He can just eat eat eat, put on muscle yet stay lean. He is still thin but he is definitely getting stronger. He also is 6'2" and an ectomorph. Just don't eat tooooo clean!

Beer and Pizza. You'll look like Tony Soprano in no time.
Eat Clean food six+ meals a day. And Work. Despite what Muscle Tech says there is no magic pill. Except maybe Superdrol.:donut:

like everyone said, just eat eat eat. i love going back to college cause i actually eat alot more there than at home. its like an all you can eat buffet 3x a day! but i did recently buy QuickMass by Allmax cause i want to put on a few extra pounds come rugby season, but im sure any other weight gainer would do just as well.
