Hiya been working out pretty hard for about 2 and a half 3 months and found a nice supplement to help me get muscle while remaining lean. Im looking for a nice supplement that is safe and legal that will help me get bigger...Looking to put on some size in my arms and a bit more definition. I know cardio is key for definition and I do fine with that...just looking for something to help my add some nice size. Currently i am taking whey protein and incarnate

I take Incarnate and whey protein...used to also take RPM but I ran out so im finishing off my Incarnate soon and wanna just add more mass on my arms without losing my stomach...I ordered this stuff called CGT-max...its a creatine/glutamine/taurine mix and seems pretty cool but I hate cycling on and off of things cuz there is always a point of like 2-3 weeks where you just get deflated or whatever. I was reading about the IGF-2 in that other post and also seemed pretty promising. Ive been told since I was very lean naturally to just eat everything in site and just lift heavy. I wanna keep my stomach and just get bigger arms lol

Diet is 3-4 egg whites with 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of turkey...piece of wheat toast and a bowl of mixed fruits. few hours later ill down some whey protein with some soy chips or a turkey sandwhich and an hour later ill take incarnate and work out in about an hour. When i get home I have more protein shake with a wheat wrap...chicken or turkey...cottage cheese and lettuce. few hours later ill eat another bag of soy chips or have another sandwhich and at like 8-9pm ill have some mixed veggies with steamed chicken and maybe right before i pass out at like 11 or 12 ill have some more protein before i sleep (whey)

First of all, WMS/Vitargo is a carbohydrate, R-ALA is a single anti-oxidant which is not recommended.

Secondly, what is your diet, supplement staples like already?

yes WMS and vitargo are carbs , so , I take them in my PWO , one of them , my diet is good , i think Berardi wrote it , for supps I'm doing Poliquins way

I found that adding BCAA's during my workout helped reduce soreness and I noticed a bit better workouts. As far as putting on some lean mass, you might be interested in trying Anabolic Pump and see how you respond, or the bulk version called Yellow Gold if money is tight.

if thats u in your avatar, u look pretty good for only working out for three months! like they said, cant go wrong with BCAA's( i mix watermelon xtend with bulk bcaa's). for sure check out john's link he posted, its very informative.

Well, if you can afford to hire me to help put food into your mouth, I'd be willing as long as we're talking like $40 an hour. :food:

Unfortunately, they don't make a supplemental form of patience because that is all you really need at the moment. 3 months of intense training is not a long time and many people take years to achieve the look that they want.

Thats true rodja lol, Im gonna keep up pace with what ive been doing...the whey protein i use has the BCAA blend in it and I guess I just need to continue with what ive been doing.

And yeah heebs thats me, i appreciate it. Always had the good genetics so didnt take long to just shed some body fat. Im at the stage now where i guess it will take some time and hard work to increase my mass heh :P

Free form BCAAs and BCAAs in whole proteins have much different effects on the body. Add in some free-form BCAAs (~20-25g/day) and you will see a difference in your physique.

I will do that, any BCAA product you recommend and can I continue to take my whey/cassein protein with the BCAA? I also take Incarnate. If so I might just mix the freeform in with my whey protein and have one big shake lol

Bulk BCAAs are the most economical choice, but you need to mix it with something because they are horrid. I would suggest to take them by themselves before lifting and cardio. BCAAs and WMS are great for pre-WO.

The bulk BCAAs are a good recommendation and economical. Another good one is creatine monohydrate. Also cheap. I use both with pre and post workout shakes. Just mix 'em in with the protein. Shaker bottles are helpful.

Good luck man and keep pushing. All the supps in the world won't make up for hard, consistent work and patience. That last one is the toughest, in my opinion.

watermelon Xtend BCAA's made by scivation. hurry up and get over to nutraplanet and order the "workout nutrition stack" its an insane deal! it consists of one kilo of xtend+vasocharge(pre WO supp, i have not used it yet but u get the entire vasocharge and xtend for only like $4 more then what the kilo of xtend would cost if u bought just the xtend.) u canot go wrong here!
