definitely. i don't consider burning fat to be completely catabolic. there is catabolism of fat, and catabolism of muscle. if you promote anabolism of muscle, consuming a near zero calorie bcaa cocktail will prevent the catabolism of muscle while training, and promote the utilization of fat. While I have been taking Xtend, I have built muscle, decreased soreness, gotten stronger, and do see myself getting leaner. I want to try fasted cardio with 15 grams of bcaa's pre workout.
