"parachutting" powder supps

I read somewhere you can throw your nasty tasting powder herbals/supps in a cornstarch paper like substance (?) and wrap it up and throw down.Hence, bypassing the "taste" experience and still saving some cash buy gettting cheaper powdered supps.

I use plain tissues, cost is minimal and it goes down easy. I just tear off a piece of tissue to cover my scale, measure the powder, roll it in a ball and swallow it down.
