Big Jim and the Twins need some help - ROCK HARD

Looking for some straight forward no BS answer to my question. Big Jim and the twins dont rock out like they used to. Basically my d!ck doesnt always stay nice and hard. It works and is hard enough but not that rock hard almost painful boner that is so awesome.

Is there anything I can take (daily) to help with this? I have access to Viagra and Cialis but I dont want or like to take a drug when I think I might get laid. Pop the blue pill and then it doesnt work out so I just wasted $11.00.

I want a product to take daily not a hour or two before that will help give me rock hard boners and help increase libido.

You could try popping ZMA every day, along with something that has l-arginine (makes it vascular), and if you really want a rush, some horny goat weed, and tribulus.

The tribulus and ZMA would be sufficient to get you 'ripped' so to speak, but the l-arginine and horny goatweed put you over the top. L-Arginine can arguably add size as it expands your capilaries and allows more blood to be forced into the 'muscle', (and yes it is a muscle).
 
aspire36 is good choice but it kinda goes along the lines with cialis and viagra... it sounds to me something like paravol is what ur looking for, i know its advertised as a "volume" enhancer but it gives rock hard boners too... trust me lol

Ingredients in paravol:

Horny Goat Weed 10% Icarin, Tribulus Terrestris Ext 40%, Long Jack (Eurycoma Logifolia)(From 20:1 Extract) Avena Sativa 4:1 Extract, L-Arginine HCL, Chrysin Powder, Maca Pwd., Muira P. Herb. Pwd. Rodeola Rosea Extract 1%, Catuaba Bark powder (Extract 4:1), Diindolylmethane, Cissus Quadrangularis Powder, Sarsaparilla (Smilax Powder) Calcium (D-Glucarate), Stinging Nettle Powder (Urtica Dioica)

Trib - never worked or did anything for me. suggestions as to how much daily

aspire36 - very good stuff but got lots of viagra and cialis on hand. dont like to take something prior. Looking for something to give me wood at any point of the day. Rock hard wood. Viagra does that but you have to plan out when you are going to screw. I want to be reay whenever

ZMA - I take ADAM multi which has zinc and some ZMA fomulation. Is this good enough, or do I need to take it individually. Isnt it bad for you to get to much of this?

L-Arginine - Heard good and bad on this. What brand, ammount daily.

Paravol - Never heard of this but will look into it. I assume you take it daily. Any other benefits?

FYI - I did just come to thetemptation from reading other forums and ordered NOW MACA. No idea if this is another gimic or not but cheap so.......... About died after I ordered it and read how much people take. Some take like 10g/day (powder i assume). Now Maca is 500mg/tab. Is there a good rule of thumb as to how much actually.

Last, I do have slightly elevated BP and take lisinopril to keep it in range so I need to be carefull of stuff that will jack my BP up.

i wouldn't leave rise2 out of the equation. aspire is getting alot of hype and works but rise really makes things as stiff as you are looking for.

It's best to order MACA in bulk. There's quite a few herbal bulk companies that sell it. It's not bad in coffee / tea / other stuff.

The tribulus is really normally dosed too low, I do 1.5g and most trib that's sold is pretty low potency. I think the sources for this stuff is either drying up or it's going out of 'style' but it does one heck of a number on my labido. And I walk around with swoll grapefruit like a porn star all day.

Ok so I am going to read up on both pavavol and rise2. See what they have to offer and check to see if they effect BP/test before moving on.

At this point I have Adam/Trib/Maca at home and will start with that since its just sitting there. Here's the questions

ADAM - Is the zink/ZMA that comes in this multi enough?

Trib - Dose/day (do u take all at once or throught day)

MACA - Dose/day (do u take all at once or throught day)
 
The ZMA in Adam is not enough, because of the Calcium in Adam.

ZMA is specially formulated without Calcium which blocks the absorption of many minerals, and in this case Magnesium.

On the ZMA labels itself it states:Directions: As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules daily for men and 2 capsules daily for women,preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with foods or supplements containing calcium.

Other than ZMA, Paravol is very nice, I also like yohimbine, and RPM.

Trib I take 3 times a day. Maca I just do a shot in some coffee in the mornings.
 
ok, how much MACA is a shot. I got 500mg pills before i new about bulk. so how many 500mg pills and when

xjsynx - zma, with having some in ADAM how much/brand do you recommend

Shot as in I take a heaping spoonfull drop it in the coffee, and chug it.

I'd start off low on the maca to make sure it doesn't send your stomach for a loop or anything. I'm not sure anyone really has too much of a problem with it, but with all things, start in moderation. I'd work up to 1.5g.

I was just thinking, because I was getting ready to order some, is Omega Sports' Invalid Link Removed it has the ZMA complex and Fadogia Agrestis, which I heard is good at elevating T-Levels.

Otherwise: I think a person recommended Z-force, which also has trib in it, and it is cheap. I believe NP also has Primaforce ZMA, and is suppose to get in some ZMT.

Oh and if you want spend some loot 6-OXO extreme.
 
Had a blood test for low testosterone lately?

That could be what's going on...it happened to me. HRT changed the world ;)
 
Just got my blood test results. My test went from 171 in May to 899 as of July 3. Note I was put on HRT Test e 50mg every 3rd day.

So these numbers went up but it doesnt guarantee that little jimmy points to the sky.

BTW, it was like a rock lst night and it actually shouldnt have been since I was out having a few beer and snuck a few smokes be he was Viagra type hard
