anyone know of a link or a site that explains the importance of PWO nutrition. Something that is easy to read and understand. I am wanting other people to read it that arent as informed on nutrition as I would like.
Any type of article that explains PROTEINS/CARBS ratios, etc. would be very nice. Basically in layman's terms.
