    Im 17 years old


    Ok this is for this coming week in the creatine loading phase.

    Wake-up (9:00)
    -3 Nitrix and 5 grams of Creatine Mono

    Breakfast (9:45)

    11:00 5 Grams Creatine Mono

    12:00 Lunch

    1:00 L-Arginine Tablet

    2:00 Isopure Protein shake

    3:00 Snack (meal 3)

    4:00 5 Grams Creatine Mono

    5:00 3 Nitrix

    6:00
    or
    7:00 Dinner

    7:30 Isopure

    7:45 5 Grams Creatine Mono

    7:50 BSN N.O Ex-plode

    8:00-9:30 Workout

    9:35 5 Grams Creatine Mono

    10:00 3 Nitrix

    11:00 Sleep


  2. I don't like Nitrix that much. Just plain arginine in the future would probably be sufficient for you and help save some money. I think using it to buy more food would be more beneficial in the overall scheme.

    Also, are you not eating anything after your workout? You should be.

    I don't think loading creatine is really necessary and I prefer to just keep a maintenance dose.

    NO Xplode is a neat product, again gets kind of expensive, but I think your dosing it too close to your bed time and the caffeine might make your sleep restless.

  3. I hate that kind of sleep. Tried out the new Redline Extreme at 1:00 yesterday and only had half a bottle before my workout and had a horrible sleep last night.

    I also believe there were some studies done that show loading doesnt necesarily do anymore then just 5grams. Maybe if you load for just the first day! I take five grams post workout and that works great for my recovery!

    yeah, no need to load. only take 5g of mono a day

    and its pretty much the general concensus (sp?) that Nitrix sucks ass
    spend your money elsewhere

    Looks like someone made a little trippy to GNC.

    Don't take that trash-can mix of NO Xplode too late... it'll keep you jacked up. If I were you, I'd stop the Nitrix and NO Xplode and just take Orotine or Clout.
