Food ! ! !
I was thinking that as I read the thread topic! lol. Food and timing. For sure, the right foods at the right time. Look at some sample diets online, use whichever one sounds appealing as somewhat of a 'base', but don't worry about measurement. Just eat good foods until you're full.

food! stay away from anything borderline legal w/e. cytogainer is pretty good, has lots of calories and some creatine, that will help bloat you up a tad.

Bro, you're either cutting or bulking. A lot of people have been using the term 'recomping', but infact a true recomp isn't very easy to do to be honest with you. Most people on a recomp claim that because their body is harder and looks leaner that they're dropping fat and gaining muscle, when all that is most likely happening is either the tightening of skin due to CNS stimulation or due to the androgenic nature of a supplement to cause skin tightening and water loss.
You can bulk with low carb type diets, sure. Eat enough calories and make sure to eat simple carbs PWO.

90% is going to come from your diet. Chicken and lean beef, pasta and wheat bread, oats and milk. A good bulk consists of such things. Supplements make a 10% difference at most.

The exception are legal steroids like Superdrol, Phera, Havoc, Epistane, etc. These can make a huge difference, but you still need to have your diet down (and they carry more health risks).

For sure TeamSavage. Another key point to present is the fact that so many people are too keen on the accute effects that steroids and designer steroids have on the body. What if you could take a formula that could make you instantly harder, toner, more vascular, tighter, meatier, and denser? Would you become addicted to this such compound? Many people do. Anyone get slack in the diet department and pop some roids and reap the accute effects, but these effects will seize to exist upon cessation and nullify everything you though you worked for. Whether you're 'on' or your 'off'... it's your diet, stress management, and sleep habits that count the most... and training. Get your macronutrient breakdown to a science for your body and you'll experience changes in your body that you never thought could be possible!

Yeah, anybody can gain 10 lbs on a cycle with a so-so diet. But they will lose a lot of that post-cycle (maybe all in the long-term). Whereas if you have a solid diet, you will keep all and continue to gain in the long term.
