transdermal formestane

im on cycle of test deca/epistane...about 2 weeks in....im noticing my fac is starting to bloat so im going to dd transdermal formestane @ 100 mg's day.....my question is when i put it on do i just spray it on and rub it in on my chest stomaach or do i not rub it in because it gets all over my hands....also can i take a shower n hour or so after applying
