RPM + IGF-2 Nausea

  1. RPM + IGF-2 Nausea


    Im in my second week of RPM and IGF-2 and am starting to notice some nausea shortly after im done working out. In addition to the IGF and RPM I also just started Xtend and Poseidon during my workouts. Not sure what is causing the nausea but it is worse the harder I work-out. Im taking 4 RPM's pre workout and drinking the Xtend and Poseidon before and during. Anyone got any ideas as to the cause and some solutions??


  2. Could be hypoglycaemia, what does your pre-workout meal contain?

  3. well since I have been told to take RPM and IGF-2 on empty stomachs I usually dont eat anything pre-workout and try to drink protein as soon as Im done and eat shortly after that.

  4. uhh... take them pre-workout on an empty stomach... then eat... then workout.

    Bingo ! Workouts are too long !

    You can take the supps, and eat 45 minutes after, and work out, or eat and take the supps 1 hr. later- either way will work...
