I'll be taking BAM and then Pro-anabol, then Restore following the EVO cut stack. I figured I would stop the AP because I wasn't sure I could take it with BAM...I know it worked with JW fine though....Its been only 2 days and I'm missing it already. Can't wait to try p-slin.

I bought 4 bottles of AP an just ran out of it. After the first month I began to think it will not work for me, I did not have the pumps, I did not gain any weight, nothing, then later on I had to realize that I did not get any fatter despite the fact I ate a lot of s**t in the last 4 months. As being an endomorph I should have put on at least 6-8 lbs of pure fat, but I did not gain any which is a great thing.

I'm now starting month 5 and have had poor results. I even purchased more thinking the effects would become noticeable after the body sensitized to it. I've tweaked carbs as well.

Sadly, other than some pump effect, I can't say I've responded in any significant way. BF% about the same (despite increasing cardio so much, I wound up in the orthopedists office with a bad knee).

When my current supply is exhausted, I'll retire this supplement.

I really want to highlight this post. This guy has been using AP for 4 months and hasn't had any real results.

Four months of hard work with nothing but my protein powder = GREAT RESULTS. If you already aren't getting results from what you're doing, then ADDING AP WILL NOT HELP YOU! I don't know how this can be stressed any more.

for me, nothing but protein powder = EXTREME HUNGER AND THE RUNS....but that's neither here nor there. perhaps you meant protein as a supplement to a good diet

Allow me to clarify....no results above and beyond what I was attaining from the last 2 decades of training.
Men in their early 20's are going to make very good gains regardless of what whizz bang supplement they are consuming (as long as diet, training, and rest is adequate, of course).
I was simply hoping the effect would be at least 10 or 20% of the claims.

Nor do I. You've stressed it quite well though. You simply made an assumption with what information you had.

I don't post here a lot but this is by no means a shill comment. AP worked really well for me, I had a little less strictly and saw a recomp effect, being slight muscle gain and solid fat loss. Strength went up, and I swear to you, one time while I was on it, I added a very slight stretch mark in my chest from the pump.

My question is, and hopefully Jacob checks back in.

If I was a non-responder to AP will I be that way with P-Slin as well. God if this would work for me I would be so happy. But it always seems the best ones never do. Oh well Tren never let me down LOL!

No miracle pill. But i have made nice steady gains this year since starting use in January. with my diet has been just on bulking side and i would normaly be slowly putting on fat...but i have not only muscle. same caliper measuremnts same waist size.

consistent, i like it. nothing dramatic.

i'm sure i could get more from it if i cleaned up my diet even more.

I have had a couple good experiences with this

1st= took it while eating below maintenence and running clen and still maintained great glycogen storage and leaned out hella fast without losing much strength and muscle

2nd= ran it during a havoc cycle with signficant carbs and hooooly hell... pumps that compare to 30mg of superdrol, definately ripped some new stretch marks on that cycle

and Arena is right about the hypoglycemic effect... a couple times when i took my first pill in the morning and forgot to eat right away i got shaky

I'm pretty sensitive to carbs but yes I'd say it has worked for me. I ended up with about 12 bottles of AP during that blow out sale at the beginning and I've been leaning up although slowly. I do get very vascular and new veins are appearing in places I haven't seen them before so something's gotta be working.

I also take one before bed but AFTER eating my cottage cheese to try and soak up any carbs from it and I feel that it's helped with fat loss.
