How to make the Optimal Custom PWO Blend Mix?
Ok, after a while out of keeping myself updated daily and with the excess speed of newly launched products and labels pushing "fancy" products, I decided to do a check-up on the most mentioned products to see what they can bring.
My thoughts with this is to make a custom blend, which can last for a while instead of buying new boxes everytime it's empty, because the country have regulations towards among others free amino acids. So I need to try to solve it the best possible way, which would be to bring in a couple of bags and mix it up myself.
Maybe, and hopefully you can help me and others, interested in the best mix to get the muscles to the next level.
I guess protein powder count in the total amino acid use, although it's not as "pure" as BCAA/EAA mixes?
What I'm trying to figure out is, the "perfect" dosage and what of these things should be mixed with whom, and also if I've forgot anything you've experienced as a "MUST HAVE"
Citrulline Malate ? / day
Ornithine Ethl Ester Di-HCL 2 g / day
Arginine Ethl Ester Di-HCL 2,5g / day
Tricreatine Malate ? / day
Beta Alanine => Carnosine 50 mg / kg?
Arginine Alpha-Ketogluterate 4-5 g / day
l-Taurine 30 mg / kg?
AlCAR 1-2 g / day
NAC ? / day
Q10 50 mg / day
Niacin (B-3) 50-100 mg / day
B6 200 mg / day
Potassium ? / day
EAA:
L-Histidine 8-10 mg / kg
L-Lysine 10 mg / kg
Phenylalanine -
Methionine -
BCAA:
L-Leucine [Ratio 2x] (15 mg / kg)
L-Iso Leucine [Ratio 1x] (10 mg / kg)
L-Valine [Ratio 2x] (15 mg / kg)
+ (B-Vitamines Stack)
L-Threonine (5 mg / kg)
L-Tyrosine -
Optional:
Creatine Magnesium Chelate
Glutamine AKG
L-Methionoine
L-Phenylalaine
Maybe any of you would know where to get the EAA/BCAA in those ratios?
Let's hear opinions
Thanks for the help.

I just throw 1-2 scoops of all the whey, 1 scoop of gatorade, and 1 tsp of creatine (5 grams)

It is. But it's been done before, why don't you read over an older topic and add some new ideas to those?

Wow... you have obviously given this some thought.
Honestly, I think the perfect PWO mix consists of 30-40g of whey protein, some carbs (either from dextrose or else bread, oats, whatever), and maybe some added leucine if you want to get fancy.
ALCAR, NAC, B6, niacin, and potassium all have their benefits, but there's no reason why they have to be taken PWO versus any other time.
Don't split hairs of EAAs and BCAAs. Whey protein is already chock full of them, and there's basically no evidence that taking extra BCAAs beyond whey provides benefits (leucine is the exception).
Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and creatine do have benefits, so if you want to take them, take them PWO.
There's no evidence that NO2 promoters do anything other than give a big pump, so AAKG and Arginine EE are wastes of money, time, and thought, IMO.
Seriously, I think you are overthinking and splitting hairs. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, stupid). Whey + carbs will get you 99% of the way there, with creatine, citrulline, and beta-alanine added if you desire their specific benefits. Don't get caught in the hype of anything else.

Savage, sorry for the late reply, but I really appreicate your input.
And I do believe in hydro whey+carbs myself, but I guess I just want the "better" edge of it.
