As I venture my N00b butt into supplments....how is this proposal?

Unfortunately for my wallet....but hopefully good for my body...I've stumbled on this site after reading about Palo Alto Lab's Leviathan. I just finished a 2 month "cycle" and really liked it. Now I want to go hardcore for the next 2-3 months. Mostly a body recomp, lose some fat if possible.

I have and will continue to have:
Multi vitamin
100% ON Whey
Flax/Fish Oils

Must haves:
ZMA - 180 caps
BCAA - dosage/size for 2-3 months?
RPM - 1 bottle to start

"Nice to Haves" if the money is there:
Reset AD - 1 bottle to start
Casein Whey (for bedtime) - 4lb sack

Taking time off of:
Creatine (been on for a few months now and feel I should go off for a month or 2)

Do my categories make sense?
Are there any glaring holes in there?

Also, after all of this I don't need any sort of "post cycle" items do I? I assume that is meant for those taking "heavier duty" stuff than I have listed.

Thanks again
<-- Lifting 8+ years on protein, food, and creatine only....time for a kick!

MY CURRENT CART (going to buy protein somewhere else either online or Costco :) )
1 1KG bulk BCAA
1 RPM - 110 count
1 Reset-AD - 60 count
1 Omega-3 Softgels
1 100g Beta-Alanine
1 ZMA (180 caps)

Thanks. I forgot to mention dosage in my first thread. Would you dose BCAA 20g/day on workout and non-workout days?

I would say Rodja's recommendations where a little on the low side, but he might jump out my monitor and put me in a choke hold....

Anywho, Optimal doses would be 50g ed divided 4 times in 10g servings.

Or you can dose on wo days .17g/kg of body weight pre-peri-post wo.

I'm not an expert like some of these other guys, but I would say that everything looks good and that no you won't need any type of post cycle therapy with that list of supplements. It wasn't mentioned earlier, then you defiantly need to make sure your diet is in order if you are looking to make a true recomposition.

Looks like you have a nice simple list there. Under nice to have's you might be interested in some bulk Beta-Alanine , and go on that for 8-12 weeks.

You should make a list of fun to have's as well; but those are typically where money starts to disappear quickly and the results might not be there. Good call to stick to fewer proven things.

looks solid. i would say 20-30g a day for bcaa's (something like xtend). taking 50g is overkill IMO, especially since you also get some from your whey and food as well.

reset-ad would be nice to have and its cheap, but unless you've been taking lots of stims, you probly wont need it with RPM, stuff's pretty powerful

the only other things i would list under nice to have is bulk beta-alanine and citrulline malate and maybe some WMS

$113 is pretty good for all that supplementy goodness
