Hi guys,
I'm currently cutting using a keto diet (the dave palumbo one). Things are going well at this point but want to add something to help minimise muscle loss during this phase.
Preferably from past experience, what would be better - Activate or Lean Xtreme? (Or Retain for that matter?)

40-50grams protein, 25grams fat, 5g (on average) carbs per meal * 6
Low intensity cardio 30 - 40 mins, 4 - 5 times a week.
Weight training - 4 times a week
