I believe it means evenly spread out. You want to keep it in your system so by spreading it out it doesnt have time to completely leave your body.............I could be wrong but thats my take on all prohormones.

From some of his posts, PA has made mention that dosing is discretionary due to the bioavailability if taken all at once or the short half-life if taken throughout the day. I think.
