I have used celeray extract and hawthorne berry and they both have sent me to the bathroom sh***** for 2-4 hours. I take them with food and have tried without food, what gives? Anybody else experience this or any suggestions? Thanks.
you are saying to use those in place of the aforementioned? Still interested if this is a common side effect or if it is me? Also you are referring to standard nettle not an extracted form correct?
I guess I should have been more exact w/ my reasoning for BP supps. I am looking for on-cycle support for BP while on a M-TST and M-TRN along w/ T3 and maybe Clen. So I want to keep my BP in check, preventative.
