whats a good Creatine to take with X-factor?

    whats a good Creatine to take with X-factor?


    anyone know a good creatine that wont interfer with a 50 day cycle of X-factor. my friend is about to go on it and isnt a memeber of this forum so i figured id help him out. any suggestions?

    really any creatine would suffice. I'd recommend just using bulk mono to save some money during the cycle, but there are plenty of good options
