I voted for "not a multi, but some type of vitamin".
I used Optimen and Now Adam religiously for a while.
I discontinued use about 6-8 months ago just to see if there would be a difference in overall well being and I honestly haven't noticed any difference whatsoever, except for saving about $20 bucks a month. I do use Poseidon regularly though.

lol.

Im currently using Orange Triad and like it, although Im not really sure how you tell if one multi is better then another.

Actually now im wondering i should continue using it when i start my xfactor stack since it has some "natural anti-inflammatories" according to the web site.

Bought Animal Pack today, 'cause it's on sale, and I'm at the end of my VS ultimate man multi.
I've wanted to try it, just to see if I can tell a difference. I can take my VS multi or not, and cant tell a difference really.
Might try out the Orange Triad after the Animal Pack is done. We shall see...

MVP/ZMK baby!

Orange triad is good if you need the added joint support, that was the main thing I noticed while on it. Went through two bottles of it and I may have come close to choking on those horse pills 3 or 4 times.

Why wouldn't you be taking a multi..

I'm cheap, just go to Walmart and get a 300 tab Equate, very cheap and lasts a LONG time.

Bulk time.

I have used Animal Pak religiously, but am going in another direction. I have a store nearby that sells Now Adam, will be giving that a shot

I've used Gnc Mega-men sport and I was using ON Opti-Men right now but stopped.

I find that the days I take it; im tired, the day just drags on, then the very next day if I do not take it Im full of energy.

I want to take a multi, but i don't want that problem any longer ....

Now ADAM is an awesome multi, i take 2 tables every mourning. Animal Pak is good to, however ADAM is cheaper plus you don need to swallow 9 pills in a row.

Most multi's (Men's) now have sterols or saw palmetto aimed at prostate health so worse case I would guess it is a wash. I have read a few places about the calcium issue as well but don't see that being such an issue for most people around here who have a much better than average diet, and level of physical activity. Prostate cancer still looks like one of those when not if scenarios if you live long enough kind of like heart failure.

All of these studies drive me nuts anyway since I don't like the fact that they draw a conclusion from older men who have been eating doughnuts and fast food most of their lives and get winded walking to their mailbox.

I take a multi (beverly Pak) and greens (8 in 1) to balance out any nutrients I may miss during the day compared to all of the other things we spend money on this seems like a relatively cheap way to make sure the basics are covered.

I use a multi-vit. i think it makes me feel better and I do have more energy when I take it. Right now I'm taking Life's Fortune multi-vit and mineral, I also take vit-c and zinc. I used to take GNC megamen sport. I like Life's Fortune better.

I use VS Ultimate Man. Could never tell if it works well but I know I don't eat all my fruits and veggies so it must be beneficial.
