Supplement Absorption Times

Here's my thinking, and correct me if I'm wrong.

By order of absorption rate (fastest being first). Although I would really like to see some studies on actual times.

Dextrose
Leucine
Whey
Creatine

I was thinking maybe creatine 10 minutes before end of workout. PWO immediately take the whey and leucine, wait 10 minutes, and take the dextrose.

I know I know, who cares about supplement timing, just take it all at once. It works. I'm just curious if I can get my insulin spiked a little more and prevent that extra 10% of muscle breakdown post workout, in addition to moving some more creatine into my muscles.

Suggestions? Beat me up if you want.
