Im gonna start doing b12 injections. i was wondering which one is better to use.

Cyanocobalamin
or
Methylcobalamin

It is absorbed much better and has effects that cyano cannot duplicate. I used 500mcg/daily with a slin pin IM.

No, but I use it for allergies, in addition to its other benefits. You could inject EoD or E3D.

Personally I don't think its THAT needed in your case, don't get me wrong injectible b12 can be very beneficial for some. If your just cutting, get a b-complex or a fat burner loaded with B like Dialene 4.

That should suit your needs just fine.
