Whats the split on Milk Protein as far as % that is whey and % that is casein? I beleive I read somewhere that it was about 75% casein and about 25% whey. Can anybody back me up on this?
I would like to use this as a before bed protein because I can't stand Micllar Casein or Calcium Caseinate. It's too thick and foamy tasteing, and not too mention really expensive.
