why no-dos? straight caffeine caps are way cheaper and are the same mg/cap. check out nutraplanet.
my favorite "poor mans pre-wo stack":
1 caffeine 200mg
1 yohimbine 2.5mg (also at NP) or 1 ephedrine 25mg
I alternate between yohimbine and ephedrine, 2-3 weeks of each. then I take a much needed break (my next break I will be using Reset-AD, I'll let you all know how that goes)

Can not mess with No-Dos...last time i used 2, i was up for the complete weekend with my heart racing...
I think i slept 1 hr total...its like i was on crack, all jittery and stuff...eyes bucked..

yohimbine's dirt cheap, but personally I think it's a terrible preWO ...unless the WO is in the bed room. Your mileage may vary, though.
I remember taking caffeine pills and pseudoephedrine (that I got free from a university health center). That's the cheapest stack that I've ever used.
