im so excited to start my long awaited stack, but first need to decide on how i want to take it. want to lose fat gain strength. any advise, ideas, or recommendations are appreciated.
here it is:
JW
BAM
bulk PF
either AP or yellow gold (have both on hand)
restore
xtend
+ all the basics
and of course, a clean diet
i was thinking 8 weeks total: start with JW, 2 weeks in start BAM, JW ends after 4 weeks, then start the restore and run it the last 2 weeks of BAM, then finish the last 2 weeks of restore alone. running xtend, pfull, and either AP or yellow gold throughout the first six weeks or maybe all 8. idk yet.
anyways any other ways or sugestions would help
